摘要 生活垃圾焚烧底渣有一定火山灰活性,有可能作为水泥混凝土掺和料使用.研究了底渣-硅酸盐水泥体系的物化性能、强度和水化,及该体系对减水剂的吸附规律.结果显示,随底渣掺量增加,该体系标准稠度需水量和凝结时间有所增加,水泥水化变慢,胶砂强度降低,对减水剂的吸附量显著增加.研究显示,底渣可用作水泥混凝土掺和料,但需注意底渣的掺入有可能降低减水剂效率. Municipal solid waste incineration( MSWI) bottom ash can be potentially used as mineral admixture for its pozzolanic activity. The physico chemical properties,strength and hydration of MSWI bottom ash-cement system are investigated,and the adsorption of water-reducers by the system is also studied. The results show that the water requirement of normal consistency,setting time and the adsorption of superplasticizer in MSWI bottom ash-cement pastes increases with the dosage increase of the ash. While the mortar strength decreases with the dosage increase of the ash,which is mainly due to the retard effect of the ash on cement hydration. It is concluded that MSWI bottom ash can be theoretically utilized as supplementary cementitious materials for concrete production,but it is worthwhile to note that the ash may diminish the efficiency of water-reducer.
