摘要
专业化和职业化是古籍保护工作的出路所在。古籍保护人才的培养是古籍保护工作的人力资源保障。西方国家重视古籍保护人才的培养,形成了各具特色的古籍保护人才培养模式,在职业化和专业化方面有诸多值得我们可资借鉴和学习的经验。
The fundamental way out for ancient book protection lies in specialization and professionalization, and the cultivation of talents is one of the most important parts of ancient book protection. The training of such talents are paid importance to in western countries,and their distinguished talent training modes in professional education are established,which is worth learning and practicing in China.
