动脉Ⅰ号治疗动脉硬化闭塞症疗效观察

Effect of Arterial I on arteriosclerosis occlusive disease

目的:观察动脉Ⅰ号联合前列地尔治疗动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法:确诊的104例患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例口服动脉Ⅰ号联合静脉滴注前列地尔注射液;对照组52例静脉滴注前列地尔注射液,10天为1疗程,经3个疗程,比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效及踝肱指数(ABI)。结果:治疗组总有效率92.31%,对照组总有效率76.92%,两组对比有显著意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后ABI改善,治疗组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:动脉Ⅰ号温经散寒、活血通脉,前列地尔扩张外周血管、抑制血小板聚集,二者联合治疗动脉硬化闭塞症疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Arterial I combined with alprostadil on arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods： 52 cases in the treatment group took oral Arterial I combined with intravenous infusion of alprostadil injection,while 52 cases in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of alprostadil injection. After 3 courses of treatment,the clinical effects and the ankle brachial indexes（ ABI） of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 31%,and the control group was 76. 92%. Compare two groups,there was notable significance（ P〈0. 05）. ABI of two groups was improved after treatment. Compared the treatment group before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Arterial I can dispell the cold by warming the meridian,and promote the blood circulation to remove blood stasis,while alprostadil can expand the peripheral vasculars,and inhibit the platelet aggregation. The combination of both has remarkable effects on arteriosclerosis occlusive disease.
