中药保留灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期临床观察

Clinical observation of retention enema of Chinese herbal decoction on diabetic nephropathy

目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断的糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状,血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、24小时尿蛋白量的变化情况。结果:临床总有效率治疗组为73.3%,对照组为46.7%,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组能明显降低患者的24小时尿蛋白量,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)无明显变化,比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床试验期间未发现明显不良反应。结论:中药保留灌肠能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低尿蛋白水平,安全性好,具有一定的保护肾脏作用。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of retention enema of Chinese herbal decoction on diabetic nephropath in IV period. Methods： 60 diagnosed patients with diabetic nephropath in IV period were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients were given diet,and diabetes health education,on this basis,30 cases of the treatment group were given retention enema of Chinese herbal decoction and 30 cases of control group were treated with valsartan tablets. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,the blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,srum creatinine（ SCr）,urinary protein of 24 h were observed in two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in the control group. The rate of treatment group was 73. 3%,while the control group was 46. 7%; compared two groups,there were statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Treatment group reduced significantly 24 hour urinary protein; compared with the control group there was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Before and after treatment of both groups,serum creatinine（ SCr） and blood urea nitrogen（ BUN） had not significant changes; there was not statistical significance（ P〈0. 05） after comparison. There was not obvious adverse reaction during clinical trial period. Conclusion： The retention enema of Chinese herbal decoction can improve effectively the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and reduce the level of urinary protein. It has an good safety and certain protective function of kidney.
