基于结构方程模型的城市内部旅游景点居民满意度研究

Research on Residents' Satisfaction with Urban Tourist Attractions Based on Structural Equation Model

城市内部旅游景点是当地居民日常休闲游玩的主要场所。以浙江省地级以上城市为问卷调查范围,利用结构方程模型研究了城市居民对市内旅游景点的满意度。研究结果表明,在影响城市居民满意度的所有潜变量中,可达程度影响最大,感知质量第二,感知价值第三,而旅游预期对居民满意度具有负向影响。基于上述,提出相应政策建议。

Tourist attractions inside the city are the main place of local resident＇s daily leisure activities. Taking municipal cities in Zhejiang as subjects,this paper studies the residents＇ satisfaction with urban tourist attractions,using structural equation model. The results show that,among all the latent variables influencing residents＇ satisfaction,the impact of＂the accessibility＂is the largest,followed by＂the perceived quality＂and＂the perceived value＂. Travel expectation has negative influence on residents＇ satisfaction. Based on the above-mentioned analyses,this article puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
