中俄双边自由贸易区创建基础及其贸易效应分析

俄罗斯不仅与中国同为"金砖五国"成员国,还是"一带一路"战略的重要沿线国。通过创建中俄自由贸易区提升双边经贸合作水平不仅具有坚实的经贸基础和独特的地缘优势,而且具有良好的政治关系保障。自贸区的建立将产生较为显著的贸易效应,实证表明关税总水平降低1个百分点将导致中俄双边贸易额增加0.56个单位。
