摘要
目前,中国老龄化带来的影响受到社会各界的关注,在归纳各国护理保险类型的基础上比较日本、德国、英国、美国等典型国家的长期护理服务人员资格认证和培训体系,从人力资源管理的角度探讨适合中国发展的老年护理保险模式及人才培养、资格认证体系。
At the present, the influence of aging is attented by the society. On the based of concluding each country's nursing insurance types, it compares qualification authentication (ChFP) and training system of long -term nursing service staffs in the model countries such as Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and America. At last, it discusses aged nursing insurance model, personnel training and ChFP system which suit China's development from the perspective of human resource management.
