摘要 外被体蛋白Ⅰ(COPⅠ)是一个七聚体复合物,在酵母及真核细胞生物体中广泛表达并发挥着不可或缺的作用。COPⅠ参与形成逆向转运囊泡(即COPⅠ囊泡),介导囊泡的逆向转运功能,将细胞中含双赖氨酸基序的蛋白、高尔基体糖基转移酶类、KDEL蛋白等逆向运输到细胞内的特定区域,在保持内质网和高尔基体的完整性、调节细胞内脂质代谢、维持细胞稳态及机体的生长发育中发挥重要作用。COPⅠ功能缺陷会导致脂质代谢异常、肿瘤以及神经系统疾病的发生。 Coat proteinⅠ( COPⅠ) is a heptamer complex,which is ubiquitously expressed and plays an essential role in organisms from yeast to mammalian. COP Ⅰ mediates retrograde vesicle trafficking,which reverse transports protein,like double lysine acid motif,Golgi glycosyltransferases,KDEL protein,and so on,to a specific area of a cell. Through this mechanism,COPⅠ plays an important role in regulating the integrity of endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi,maintaining intracellular lipid content and cytoplasmic homeostasis,and facilitating the growth and development of nervous system. COPⅠ function defects may lead to abnormal lipid metabolism,tumor,and nervous system malfunction.
