摘要
干扰素调节因子4(IRF4)是IRFs家族一员,经一系列信号转导作用发挥转录激活或阻遏,调节干扰素的表达、淋巴细胞的分化发育及活性,参与免疫调控。IRF4与白细胞介素、信号转导及转录激活因子、活化T细胞核因子等细胞因子相互作用调节T细胞分化,形成复杂的平衡网络调控系统,平衡网络遭到破坏则免疫功能紊乱,并诱发免疫性疾病,如哮喘、炎症性肠病、关节炎、自身免疫性疾病,其与复发性流产的关系正在探索之中。
Interferon regulatory factor 4( IRF) 4 is a member of the IRF family,which plays the transcriptional activation and repression in immune regulation through a series of signal transduction,regulates the expression of interferon and differentiation and activity of lymphocyte. IRF4 regulates T cell differentiation by interacting with interleukin( IL),signal transducer and activator of transcription( STAT),nuclear factor of activated T cell( NAFT) and other cytokines,forming a complex regulation of balance network. If the balance network is destructed,the immune function is then disturbed and immune diseases such as asthma,inflammatory bowel disease,arthritis,autoimmune disease are induced,and the association with recurrent spontaneous abortion is also being explored.
