摘要 造血干细胞(HSCs)在骨髓腔内需要特定的细胞外环境来维持其相对稳态,而HSC定位的区域被称为龛。造血微环境是一类特化的结构,由多种细胞构成。组成龛的细胞通过释放调控信号使HSC驻留于龛内并受其调控。造血微环境主要通过细胞-细胞、细胞-可溶性因子、细胞-细胞外基质这三条途径对HSCs进行调控。其中细胞-细胞间的相互作用对维持HSC稳态具有重要作用。 Hematopoietic stem cells( HSCs) in the bone marrow cavity need specific extracellular environment to maintain a relatively steady state,and HSC localized region is termed as niches. The hematopoietic microenvironment is a kind of specialized structure,composed of many cells. The niche cells keep HSC in the niche and regulate them through the release of regulatory signals. Hematopoietic microenvironment is regulated by HSCs in three ways: cell-cell,cell-soluble factor,and extracellular matrix. The cell-cell interaction is very important for the maintenance of HSC homeostasis.
