摘要
胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的肿瘤,其恶性程度高,致残、致死率高,目前治疗的主要障碍是其弥漫侵袭性。胶质瘤的侵袭主要是沿着神经束、血管和脑膜等结构进行的,一般局限在脑内。侵袭的过程借助自身分泌或脑组织固有的一系列物质的协助实现,其结果会导致血脑屏障的破坏和神经-血管单元的瓦解。对胶质瘤侵袭的解剖学基础、侵袭方式、侵袭过程、侵袭结果等任一环节的深入研究,都有望找到治疗胶质瘤的新靶点。
Gliomas are the most common tumors in central nervous system,characterized by high malignancy and high mortality. The major obstacle to a cure is diffuse invasion,and gliomas frequently populate and migrate along nerve tracts,blood vessels and the meninges to distance location in the brain. The invasion is achieved by the help of all kinds of substances secreted by itself or existing substance in the brain,which leads to a breakdown of the BBB and disruption of the neurovascular unit. New targets to cure gliomas may be found by researching the invasion anatomy basis,pattern,process,and results.
