特发性癫痫综合征患者认知功能的研究进展

Research Progress of the Cognitive Function in Idiopathic Epilepsy Syndrome

随着医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,癫痫患者的认知功能也日益受到人们的关注。癫痫患者存在一定程度的认知功能障碍,主要表现为智力、记忆力、注意力、执行力及学习能力的下降等。特发性癫痫综合征患者同样也存在不同程度的认知功能损伤,其认知功能障碍是多种因素共同作用的结果,主要包括癫痫的病因、病程和发作类型及癫痫灶的部位、发病年龄、发作频率、持续时间、抗癫痫药物的使用、社会因素以及神经网络异常等。

With the medical model transforming to the biological-psychological-social pattern,the cognitive function in patients with epilepsy has also drawn increasing attention. Patients with epilepsy have a certain degree of cognitive dysfuction,mainly manifested as decrease of intelligence,memory,attention,executive ability and learning ability,etc. Patients with idiopathic epilepsy syndrome also have varying degrees of cognitive impairment,which is the result of many factors,including the cause of epilepsy,duration,seizure type,the site of the epileptic focus,age of onset,seizure frequency,duration,use of anti-epileptic drugs,social factors and abnormal neural networks.
