静息态功能磁共振方法学的研究进展 被引量:18

摘要 磁共振成像(MRI)研究近年来发展迅猛。静息态脑功能MRI是基于静息态下血氧水平依赖检测功能相关脑区低频波动信号,研究静息态脑网络,静息态脑功能MRI(rs-f MRI)比任务相关脑功能磁共振更简单易行,一致性更高。目前,静息态功能磁共振的研究方法较多,包括低频振幅、比率低频振幅法、局域一致性、种子点相关分析、独立成分分析、格兰杰因果分析及复杂脑网络研究等。该文对rs-f MRI的不同研究方法进行综述。 Magnetic resonance imaging( MRI) studies have been developing rapidly in recent years.Based on resting state blood oxygen level dependence,resting-state functional MRI is applied to detect low frequency fluctuate in various cerebral areas for detecting resting state network. Compared to task-related fMRI,it is more consistent and easier. There are many research methods of resting-state functional MRI,including amplitude of low frequency fluctuation,fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuation,regional homogeneity,seed point correlation analysis,independent component analysis,Granger causality analysis,complex network study and so on. Here is to review the recent progress in different research methods of rs-fMRI.
