摘要
综述了煤制替代/合成天然气(SNG)的主要工艺路线,包括传统两步法、煤加氢气化法、煤催化水蒸气气化法、解耦气化集成甲烷化法;讨论了各工艺的技术特点、工艺条件、反应器和催化剂;并分析了不同反应器及工艺条件选择的基本原则。对未来煤制SNG技术的发展提出了展望,如何加快发展具有自主知识产权的甲烷化工艺技术是迫在眉睫的任务。
Main technologies for substitute/synthetic natural gas(SNG) produced from coal were reviewed, including the indirect synthesis from coal-based syngas, the direct syntheses from coal by catalytic steam gasification and hydrogasification of coal, and the decoupled technology applied in the SNG production. The characteristics, operation conditions, catalysts and reactors of the technologies were discussed. The principles of reactor selection and reaction condition optimization were also analyzed. Finally, the development prospect of the SNG technologies was put forward, in which the technologies innovated independently would be expected urgently.
