摘要 通过对装置烯烃分离工艺的研究,结合工程设计经验和工厂运行的反馈情况及工艺计算软件进行全流程模拟的结果,对甲醇制烯烃(MTO)烯烃分离流程进行了优化;整合烯烃分离单元和裂解单元重复设置的脱丙烷系统、用副产尾气制氢取代甲醇制氢、取消脱甲烷塔中冷循环泵、取消备用乙炔加氢反应器、取消绿油系统等。通过优化措施,可节省建设投资8.3×10~6元;减少运行成本1.112×10~7元/a(蒸汽按132元/t、循环水0.2元/t、脱盐水7.6元/t、电0.4元/(k W·h)取费);降低加工能耗11.454 GJ/h,折合标准油22 kt/a;减少装置总占地320 m^2。并能确保装置安全、平稳运行,保持较高的烯烃收率。 An olefin separation process in methanol to olefins(MTO) installation was optimized by means of process calculation software for the whole process simulation based on real operation conditions. The depropanization systems of the olefin separation unit and the cracking unit were integrated, off-gas instead of methanol was used to produce hydrogen, and the middle cooling circulating pump of the demethanizer, the spare acetylene hydrogenation reactor, the green oil system, etc. were canceled. By the implementation of these measures, the constructing investment may be saved by 8.3 million yuan, the running cost can be reduced by 11.12 million yuan/a(utility cost, steam: 132 yuan/t, circulating water: 0.2 yuan/t, desalinated water: 7.6 yuan/t, electricity: 0.4 yuan/(kW · h)), the energy consumption can be reduced by 11.454 G J/h, equivalent to 22 kt/a standard oil, and the plant area can decrease by 320 m2.
