摘要 详细介绍了纳米薄片MFI结构分子筛的特性、合成机理和合成影响因素。纳米薄片MFI结构分子筛具有直通孔道短、比表面积大和稳定性较强等特点。同时具有亲水铵基团和疏水长碳链或苯环的双功能模板剂在纳米薄片MFI结构分子筛的合成过程中起关键作用。模板剂的结构和合成过程与纳米薄片MFI结构分子筛的片层间距、片层厚度、有序性和织构性质密切相关。铝物种进入骨架形成的缺陷可以抑制纳米薄片的堆积,有利于提高纳米薄片MFI结构分子筛的热稳定性。 The characteristics and synthesis mechanism of nanosheet MFI zeolite, and factors influencing its synthesis were introduced. The nanosheet MFI zeolite has the characteristics of short straight pore channel, large specific surface area and good stability. The templates with hydrophilic quaternary ammonium cation groups and hydrophobic groups with long carbon chain or phenyl group play a key role in the synthesis of the nanosheet MFI zeolite. The template structure and the synthesis conditions are related to the layer spacings, thickness, order and texture of the nanosheet MFI zeolite. The defects forming due to the introduction of aluminum species can restrain stacking of the nanosheets, which is beneficial to the improvement of the heat stability of the nanosheet MFI zeolite during calcination.
