新型抗氧化气体分子氢的临床应用研究及其可能的作用机制

摘要 氢气是一种无色、无嗅、无味,且具有一定还原性的双原子气体,溶解度低,不能被机体大量吸收,所以,氢气在生物体内的作用一直未被人们重视。直到2007年Ohsawa等证实,吸入2%的氢气能选择性清除羟自由基(OH)和过氧亚硝基阴离子(ONOO-),显著改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤。从此启动了氢气分子生物学研究热潮。
