摘要 在文化融合逐步加深的背景下,新疆少数民族学生在内地高校的学习压力不容忽视。探讨和分析了内地高校新疆少数民族学生学习特点、学习压力来源和原因,认为地方基础教育要加强师资和硬件建设和提升教学理念,内地高校要建立富有针对性、多元化的教学模式,促进各民族学生之间的文化交流,才能帮助新疆少数民族学生很好地融入新的文化氛围和减轻学习压力,从而保证学习质量和提高学业成就。 In the background of the gradual deepening of the cultural integration, the learning pressure of the Xinjiang ethnic minority students in the inland Chinese universities should not he ignored. This article discusses and analyzes the learning characteristics and the source and cause of the learning pressure. It believes that the following aspects must be done. The local basic education should strengthen the construction of teachers and hardware and improve the teaching idea. The inland Chinese universities should establish the teaching mode which is targeted and diversified, and promote the cultural exchange among the students of various nationalities. We can help the Xinjiang ethnic minority student better integrate into the new culture atmos- phere and reduce t^e learning pressure, so as to ensure the quality of learning and improve the learning achievement.
