涉检信访形势分析及对策研究——以某省H市控告申诉检察工作为视角

当前,如何从维护司法公正、服务和谐社会建设的角度出发,积极稳妥地处理好涉检信访案件,及时有效地化解涉检信访问题,已经成为检察机关面临的一个重大而紧迫的现实问题。为此,笔者拟结合某省H市人民检察院近6年的涉检信访工作情况,对当前的信访形势及对策措施作一浅显探讨,以期为检察机关妥善处理新形势下涉检信访提供参考。

How to deal with the cases of complaint letters and visits actively and steadily and to resolve issues related to the prosecution in an effective manner timely, it has become a major problem faced by the procuratorial organs. Combined with the 6 years petition work in H city People＇s Procuratorate, the author discusses the current situation and countermeasures of the petition to explore, provides reference for the complaint letters and visits under the new situation.
