摘要 通过对2BQ—27型三七精密播种机排种性能影响因素进行分析,得到影响排种器排种性能的主要因素是种子箱内种子质量、播种机前进速度、开沟深度。为得出试验因素与各试验指标(合格率、重播率、漏播率)的一般规律和相互关系,分别以种子箱内种子质量、播种机前进速度、开沟深度作为自变量,播种合格率、重播率、漏播率为因变量的单因素试验,确定出种子箱内种子质量、播种机前进速度、开沟深度的工作参数。为进一步验证所选因素对试验指标的影响程度,采用三因素三水平(种子箱内种子质量:1 000g、1 500g、2 000g;播种机前进速度:3m/min、4m/min、5m/min;开沟深度:10mm、15mm、20mm)的正交试验研究。通过对试验结果的极差和方差分析,得到试验结果的最优组合。试验结果显示:当种子箱内种子质量为2 000g、开沟深度为15mm、播种机前进速度为3m/min时,排种器的排种性能最佳:播种合格率为92.5%、漏播率为3.09%、重播率为4.25%。 Parameters of influencing performance of the 2BQ--27 notoginseng precision metering device were analyzed in the paper, and considered that the mainly influencing factor is seed quality, seeder speed, ditching depth. To explore general laws and relation- ships between the experimental index and the experimental factors (eligible rates, re-sowing rates and leak-sowing rates), and deter- mine the working parameters of them, the single factor experiment was carried out in this paper, respectively with seed quality, seed- er speed and ditching depth as independent variables, while eligible rates, leak-sowing rates and re-sowing rates as dependent variable. To further verify the influence degree of factors on experimental index, the paper studied on orthogonal experiment of three factors and three levels (seed quality: 1000g, 1500g, 2000g; seeder speed: 3m/min, 4m/min, 5m/min, the ditching depth: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm). By using the range analysis and variance analysis in the orthogonal text, it obtains that the best combination of parameters. The results showed that., the seed metering device has best seeding performance when the seed quality is 2 000g, the ditching depth is 15mm, and the seeder speed is 3m/min. The qualified index of seed space is 92.5%, the leak-sowing rates is 3.09%, the re-sowing rates is 4.25%.
