摘要 针对甘肃省农用地膜覆盖种植技术应用和农作物秸秆无法还田的现状,结合农区发展畜牧业迫切需要解决养畜饲料等问题,设计4JQS—180型背负式秸秆收获机并进行试验,对机具关键部件与性能进行简要分析说明。田间试验表明,机具一次作业可完成作物秸秆的切割、粉碎揉搓、输送、抛送装箱等多道工序,可减轻劳动强度、提高工作效率。 Aiming at the status of Gansu agricultural plastic film mulching cultivation technology application and the current situation of crops straw unable back into field, in combination with agricultural development of animal husbandry as an urgent need to solve the problem such as raising the feed. Design and experiment on 4JQS-180 knapsack straw harvester are introduced and the key components of machines and tools and performance are also analyzed. Field experiments showed, this machine can complete crop straw cutting, grinding, rubbing, transmission, toss the multi-channel working procedure and so on at the same time. It can reduce the labor intensity, and improve work efficiency.
