摘要
针对目前农户采摘梨过程中存在的劳动强度大、效率低、容易碰伤水果、爬树摘梨存在从树上坠落的危险等问题,设计一种新型的手动摘梨机。通过手持撑杆将盛梨小箱伸到树上果子的下方,摘梨机刀头的整体运动通过人操作撑杆底部的把手控制,剪断梨把后梨就落入盛梨小箱,将盛梨小箱伸到指定的果筐里,按下把手即可使梨轻轻滑落。支撑杆采用中空玻璃钢管,可伸缩、质轻而且强度高,便于携带。实际采摘结果表明,使用本设计的摘梨机可以有效避免在采摘水果时碰伤水果,减轻人工摘梨放梨的工作量,使摘梨的工作效率成倍提高,弥补现有技术的不足,值得进一步推广普及。
Focusing on the current picking method, it remains low working efficiency and high labor intensity, it's easy to scratch the pear, but it's very dangerous when climbing tree to pick pears. Then a new manual picking pear machine is designed. Scissors will be controlled by handle under the supporting rob. When picking pears, there's no need to lay out by hand, and the bottom of the loading pear box could be opened automatically on the appointed basket. The practical picking results show that this machine could effectively avoid scratching pears when picking pears, it will not only reduce manual picking pears, and increase the picking efficiency but also compensate for current shortage, and it deserves further popularize.
