摘要
以新疆棉花主要种植品种新陆早的秸秆作为试验材料,10mm/min的加载速度,在万能试验机上对收获期的棉秆进行剪切力学特性试验。试验结果表明:棉秆根部、中部、顶部的平均峰值切割力范围分别为3.16~3.55kN、1.82~2.08kN、0.70~0.88kN;影响棉秆破坏载荷的关键因素为棉秆直径;棉秆破坏载荷随含水率增加先减小后增大,含水率在17%时破坏载荷最小。由此可以确定此时进行棉秆收获或粉碎还田最适宜。
In this study, the universal testing machine was used to get the shear mechanical properties of Xinluzao cotton stalks in harvesting period, which loading speed was 10 mm/min. The results showed that the encompassing average peak of cutting force range of the cotton root was 3.16-3.55kN, while the central and top of the cotton stalks were 1.82-2.08kN , 0.70-0.88kN, respectively. The key factors influencing on the failure load of cotton stalk was cotton stalk diameter; the failure load of cotton stalks decreased firstly and then increased with the increasing of water content, the minimum failure load was found when the water content was 17%. And this could be the best time to determine for cotton stalks harvesting or chopping.
