摘要
研制出一款通用型数控电镀机床,可用于制备金属镀层、金属基复合镀层和金属微结构。其结构紧凑,由功能性模块和非功能性模块构成;功能多样,集成镀液过滤清洁、镀液循环更新、镀液复合搅拌和电镀过程参数在线监控调节等功能。试验表明,研制的通用型数控电镀机床结构功能较完善,应用效果较理想,能够制备较好形貌、较致密组织结构的金属镀层、金属基复合镀层和金属微结构。
A universal numerically-controlled electroplating machine tool,which could be used for preparing metal coating,metal based composite coating and metal microstructure,was developed. It has compact structure and is composed of functional modules and non-functionality modules. In addition,it has multiple functions and integrates the functions of plating solution filtering and cleaning,plating solution cycling and regenerating,plating solution composite stirring and electroplating process parameters on-line monitoring and regulating. Experiments showed that the structural functions of this new developed numericallycontrolled electroplating machine tool were perfect,its application effect was ideal,and metal coating,metal based composite coating and metal microstructure with good morphologies and compact structures could be prepared.
