摘要
针对柱色谱装置在样品分离过程中,存在的分离时间长、添加洗脱剂繁琐等问题,进行了重新设计组装。采用自来水作为恒压流体,利用自制平衡器调节体系内的压力平衡。实验结果表明,改进后的实验装置,样品分离时间短;添加洗脱剂方便,不需要拆装仪器,可连续进行样品洗脱,分离谱带清晰,洗脱均匀,分离效果明显提高。
In the process of column chromatography,due to the long separation time and the tedious addition of the elution agent,we redesigned and assembled the device,using tap water as constant pressure fluid and using a self-made balancer regulating the pressure balance in the system.The experimental results showed that the improved experimental apparatus could shorten the sample separation time,the addition of elution agent is convenient and no need to disassemble the instrument,at the same time it can be carried out continuously in the sample,the separation of spectral bands is clear,the elution is uniform,and the separation effect is obviously improved.
