中西医结合治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on a Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis with Combing Traditional and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将96例糜烂性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=36),对照组给予雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利、复方儿茶、阿莫西林治疗,治疗组给予雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利和平胃散加味治疗,观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效。1周为一疗程,共6个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈率、显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组,随访治疗组患者复发率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎具有显著疗效,且未发现不良反应,复发率明显降低。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of combing traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in treating chronic erosive gastritis.Method：96 cases of chronic erosive gastritis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group including 36 cases were treated by Rabeprazole,Mosapride,Amoxicillin,Omposite Catechu Capsules.The treatment groups including 60 cases were treated by Rabeprazole,Mosapride and Modified Stomach Powder,the clinical effect and TCM syndrome integral meter of two groups were compared.One week for a period of treatment and a total of 6 weeks for treatment.Result：The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The treatment group total effective rate was 95.00% and the control group was 88.89%.Conclusion：Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic erosive gastritis has a significant curative effect,and no adverse reaction,recurrence rate is decreased obviously.
