品管圈在降低留置针堵管率管理中的应用

The Quality Control Circle Application on the Management in Reducing the Catheter Plugging Rate of Indwelling Needle

目的:探讨运用品管圈(QCC)活动对降低留置针堵管率的效果。方法:成立QCC活动小组,确立"降低留置针堵管率"为活动主题,对目前患者使用留置针的情况进行调查,分析原因,找出解决对策并组织实施,再次调查成果,整理、规范方法并实施。结果:静脉留置针堵管率由9.2%下降至2.0%。结论:品管圈活动对降低留置针堵管率效果显著,值得推广。

Objective：To discuss the effect that the catheter plugging rate of indwelling needle can be reduced by Quality Control Circle（QCC） activities.Method：To find QCC activities group,establish the theme that ＂reducing the catheter plugging rateofindwelling needle＂,to investigate the current situation of the use ofindwelling needle,analyzed the cause,found the solutions and implement,survey results once again,the final method can be sorted,normalized and implemented.Result：The catheter plugging rate of venous indwelling needle was reduced from 9.2% to 2.0%.Conclusion：Quality Control Circle（QCC） activities are very effective to reduce the catheter plugging rate of indwelling needle and worth to promote.
