骨原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

1 Case Primary Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma of Bone and Literature Review

目的:探讨骨原发非霍奇金淋巴瘤(primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of bone,PLB)的临床特点、病理学特征、治疗及预后评价。方法:对1例PLB患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对其临床特点、病理学特征、治疗及预后评价进行分析。结果:该例病例诊断为PLB,病理类型为弥漫大B细胞型,确诊后开始给予CTh OP方案化疗4疗程、CTh OEP方案化疗3疗程,治疗后患者临床症状显著改善,骨痛较入院前减轻。结论:PLB确诊应首选病理学诊断和免疫组化染色确诊,治疗首选放疗和化疗的综合治疗,恰当的化疗方案对于患者的预后非常重要。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features of primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of bone（PLB）,and its pathologic features,treatment and prognosis.Method：The clinical data of patient with primary PLB was retrospectively analyzed,and its clinical features,pathologic features,treatment and prognosis were analyzed.Result：The case was diagnosed as PLB,pathological type of diffuse large B-cell type,after diagnosing the case was given CTh OP,for four cycles of chemotherapy,CTh OEP for 3 courses of chemotherapy treatment,after treatment,the clinical symptoms improved significantly compared with previous admission to alleviate pain.Conclusion：The diagnosis of PLB should be preferred pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemical diagnosis,treatment of choice for radiotherapy and chemotherapy combined treatment,appropriate chemotherapy is important for prognosis.
