摘要
2015年我国的电子商务呈现交易保持较快增速,农村电商发展势头强劲以及跨境电商交易快速增长的特点。但电子商务在发展过程中也出现了商业规则和法律法规不完善、交易存在安全隐患、网络交易纠纷明显增多,物流配送效率低下等问题。随着电子商务的快速发展,电商向上游侵袭会成为新常态,线上线下向多方合作趋势明显,跨境电商成为新增长点,电商将向三四线城市渗透,如此形成更趋完善的电商物流体系。
Electronic commerce in our country present 2015 transactions maintaining rapid growth, ruralelectricity business development momentum, and the characteristics of the rapid growth of cross-borderelectricity trading. But also appeared in the process of development of e-commerce business rules and theimperfect laws and regulations, the transaction security hidden, the network transaction disputes increasedramatically, logistics distribution problems such as inefficient. With the rapid development of electroniccommerce, electricity upstream attack will become the new normal, online to multilateral cooperation trendobviously, cross-border business become a new growth point, electricity to penetrate to three or four line city,form the electricity business logistics system more hasten is perfect.
