108例慢性肾衰竭患者住院费用分析

The analysis on hospitalization expenses of 108 inpatients with chronic renal failure

目的:探讨慢性肾衰竭患者住院费用的影响因素,为控制慢性肾衰竭患者的住院费用提供基础依据。方法:选择2013年1月1日—2014年6月30日住院的慢性肾衰竭患者108例,分析可能影响患者住院费用的因素,并利用多元线性逐步回归分析法对各影响因素进行综合分析。结果:影响慢性肾衰竭患者住院费用的因素有住院天数、慢性肾衰竭分期、透析费用、入院情况、出院情况和年龄等,其中,透析费用是主要影响因素。结论:控制透析费用是降低慢性肾衰竭患者经济负担的关键,加强肾衰竭的诊治水平、改善医疗服务制度、加强医院医疗成本的管理及加强肾衰竭患者的宣教是控制透析费用和减轻患者经济负担的有效途径,尤其要以缩短透析次数为突破口。

Objective： To invesigate influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of chronic renal failure inpatients,To provide basis for ontrol the hospitalization expenses of chronic renal failure inpatients. Methods： One hundred and eight chronic renal failure inpatients were selected from January 1st,2013 to June 30 st,2014 to analyze the possible influence factors of hospitalization expenses of patients,and the use of the multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis on the influencing factors to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Results： The influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of chronic renal failure inpatients were hospitalization days,payment methods,costs of dialysis,admission,discharge and age and operation cost,wherein,dialysis cost is the main factor. Conclusion： Control costs are the key of decreased in chronic renal failure patients economic burden,improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of disease,improve medical service system,strengthening hospital cost management and strengthen nephrotic patient education are control of dialysis costs and reduce the economic burden of the patients the effective way. Especially to the shorter dialysis times for breach.
