2015年中国高铁运营里程已达到15 000 km,高铁,磁悬浮与中低速磁悬浮车辆已经全部铝化,其他城市轨道车辆的铝化率也已达到40%。将铝材深加工成车辆是中国铝加工业所特有的。介绍了中国客运轨道交通的发展状况及轨道车辆车体铝型材深加工的生产概况。
China's high-speed railway operation mileage has reached more than 15 000 km until 2015. High speed rails, maglev trains, media-and-low-speed maglev trains have all been aluminized. Meanwhile,the aluminization rate of rail vehicles in other cities has already reached 40%. The vehicle made of aluminum by deep processing is a specific Chinese technique. This article introduces the development status of the passenger rail transit in China and the production situation of deep processing of the aluminum profile for the rail vehicle body.
