摘要
Al-Mg系和Al-Mg-Si系合金因具有耐蚀、中等强度、可焊接等优点被广泛用于船舶和海洋工程领域。综述了在船体的不同部位铝合金的应用情况,船用铝合金的典型腐蚀特征和力学性能,含Sc、Zr、Er高性能船用铝合金的发展。指出轻质、高强度和低成本是当今各类舰船选材的重要依据。介绍了铝合金在海上直升机平台、LNG船储罐材料、码头和海洋钻杆方面的应用与发展。
With the advantages of corrosion resistance, moderate strength and good weld- ability, A1-Mg and A1-Mg-Si series aluminum alloys are widely used in the fields of shipping and ocean engineering. This paper states the application of aluminum alloys in different parts of the ship hull, corrosion characteristics and mechanical properties of marine aluminum alloys, and the development of high-performance aluminum alloys containing Sc, Zr and Er. It is pointed out that light weight, high strength and low costs are significant for selecting ship ma- terials. Meanwhile, introduction is made on the application and development of aluminum alloys in the marine helicopter platform, the LNG ship tank, the wharfage and the oil drill pipe.
