摘要
试验研究了7050-T7451铝合金板材紧凑拉伸试样的表面粗糙度、加工刀痕方向、孔尺寸偏差、机械切口尖角角度等对断裂韧度Kl C检测结果的影响规律。结果表明,试样表面粗糙度不大于1.0μm、孔加工尺寸偏差小于0.3mm、试样尖角控制在90°以内时,可以提高检测结果的准确性和有效性。
The fracture toughness test of 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy was carried out to analyze how the Klc( fracture toughness) value was influenced by surface roughness, feeding direction, hole-dimension deviation, and the angle of mechanical incision cusp of the compact tension specimen. The test results show that accuracy and efficiency can be improved greatly by controlling surface roughness to less than 1.0 μm, hole-dimension deviation to less than 0.3 mm, and the angle of mechanical incision cusp to less than 90 degree.
