1例高血压亚急症合并肾功能不全患者的降压治疗分析

Analysis of antihypertensive treatment in a patient with hypertension emergency and renal failure

目的为临床药师参与高血压患者的治疗提供参考。方法临床药师参与治疗1例高血压亚急症合并肾功能不全患者,对紧急降压静脉用药、口服药物联合使用、肾功能不全药物选择等开展个体化药学监护。结果临床药师协助医师选择合理的降压药物,使患者的血压获得有效控制,避免药物对肾功能的不良影响,并提出对于此类患者的药学监护重点。结论临床药师发挥药学专长,积极参与临床实践,有利于患者的用药安全有效。

Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacist participating in the therapy for hypertension. Methods Clinical pharmacist participated in the therapy for a case of hypertensive emergency with renal failure,and provided individualized pharmaceutical care in intravenous antihypertensive drug use, combination of oral antihypertensive drugs and drug selection for renal failure. Results Clinical pharmacist helped physicians chose proper drugs to control the patient＇s blood pressure successfully,avoided adverse drug reactions on patient＇s renal function,and proposed pharmaceutical care points to hypertension patients.Conclusion The safety and efficacy of patient＇s taking drugs were improved through clinical pharmacist ＇s actively participating in clinical practice and enhancing his pharmaceutical expertise.
