血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类降压药物对胰岛功能影响的研究现状

Progress in the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists on the function of pancreatic islets

近年来血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类药物在临床抗高血压治疗中的应用日益广泛。这类药物具有不良反应少、耐受性好及依从性高等优点。近年来很多研究发现其具有改善胰岛素敏感性与改善糖代谢作用,而不同ARB之间药代动力学与药效学各有不同。本文就其临床研究进展进行综述。

Angiotensin receptor blockers（ ARB） are used more and more widely in the clinical treatment of high blood pressure,the advantages of which including less side effects,good tolerance and high compliance. In recent years,many animal and clinical studies have found that it can improve insulin sensitivity,increase glucose metabolism. Different kind of ARB drugs have different pharmacodynamic actions and pharmacological effects. This article reviews such progress of clinical researches.
