经额底-纵裂入路手术夹闭大脑前动脉及前交通动脉动脉瘤 被引量：7

摘要 前交通动脉（ACoA）动脉瘤约占颅内动脉瘤的30％左右，而大脑前动脉远端动脉瘤发病率相对较低，约占颅内动脉瘤的1．5％～9％。该部位动脉瘤局部解剖复杂，位置深，手术暴露困难，手术入路方式较多。目前，常用的入路有翼点入路、额下入路、额外侧入路、纵裂入路、额底-纵裂入路等。广西医科大学第十附属医院于2012年1月至2015年3月经额底-纵裂入路共夹闭11例大脑前动脉及ACoA动脉瘤，现将结果报道如下。
