经额底-纵裂入路手术夹闭大脑前动脉及前交通动脉动脉瘤 被引量:7

摘要 前交通动脉(ACoA)动脉瘤约占颅内动脉瘤的30%左右,而大脑前动脉远端动脉瘤发病率相对较低,约占颅内动脉瘤的1.5%~9%。该部位动脉瘤局部解剖复杂,位置深,手术暴露困难,手术入路方式较多。目前,常用的入路有翼点入路、额下入路、额外侧入路、纵裂入路、额底-纵裂入路等。广西医科大学第十附属医院于2012年1月至2015年3月经额底-纵裂入路共夹闭11例大脑前动脉及ACoA动脉瘤,现将结果报道如下。
