神经胶质瘤相关长链非编码RNA的研究进展

摘要
神经胶质瘤是成人最常见的原发性脑肿瘤,约占脑原发性恶性肿瘤的80%。近年来,尽管手术、放疗、化疗等治疗方式在不断改善,但胶质瘤患者的预后依旧很差阻。其中侵袭性最强的胶质母细胞瘤(WHO IV级)患者的中位生存期仅为12-15个月。
