血管内治疗颅内微小动脉瘤的研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 颅内动脉瘤的血管内治疗方法开展已有近30年，可解脱弹簧圈出现后，该方法逐步发展成熟，目前已成为治疗颅内动脉瘤的重要方法。但对于颅内微小动脉瘤（最大径≤3mm），血管内治疗因导管到位困难㈨、术中破裂率高等问题而一直存在争议。
