摘要
采用响应曲面优化法(RSM)对尼泊金十二醇酯进行合成制备研究。以氨基磺酸为催化剂,通过该法设计得到了尼泊金十二醇酯合成的最佳工艺:控制十二醇的用量为0.01mol,醇与酸的摩尔投料比为1∶1.2,反应所需温度为100℃,反应所需时长为6h,氨基磺酸的投料量是对酸投料量的10%,酯收率达到94.9%。
The synthesis and preparation of dodecyl nipagin ester with response surface methodology (RSM) is investigated. With the catalyst of aminosulfonic acid, the optimal preparation parameters of dodecyl nipagin ester determined by response surface methodology (RSM) technology are found to be as follows, the dosage of dodecanol is controlled to 0.01 tool, the molar ratio of p-hydroxy benzoic acid and decyl alcohol is 1.2 : 1, the reaction temperature is 100 ℃, the reaction time is 6 h and the dosage of aminosulfonic acid is 10% of p-hydroxy benzoic acid mass, the yield of the dodecyl nipagin ester is more than 94.9%.
