高温退火工艺对CGO硅钢Goss织构及磁性能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of high temperature annealing process on Goss texture and magnetic property of CGO silicon steel

摘要 对低温板坯加热技术生产CGO硅钢的高温退火工艺进行研究,对比了3种不同的一次保温工艺对最终Goss织构的影响,并利用电子背散射衍射技术分析了高温退火试样的晶粒取向、晶粒尺寸和磁性能之间的关系。结果表明,在600℃保温20 h的一次保温工艺可以获得最佳的磁性能;高温退火试样的平均晶粒尺寸越大、组织越均匀,越有利于降低铁损、提高磁感应强度。 High temperature annealing process of CGO silicon steel produced by low reheating temperature technology was investigated,compared the influence of three different primary thermal processes on final Goss texture,and electron back-scattered diffraction was used to analyze the relationship between grain orientation,grain size and magnetic property of the samples after high temperature annealing. The results indicate that,stable and favorable magnetic properties can be obtained with the primary thermal insulation process that annealed at600 ℃ and holding for 20 h. The average grain size of high temperature annealing samples become more larger,the microstructure get more homogeneous,it will be more beneficial to reduce the iron loss and improve the magnetic induction.
