预处理工艺对热作模具钢5Cr8MoNi2SiV组织与硬度的影响 被引量:9

Influence of pretreatment process on microstructure and hardness of hot-work die steel 5Cr8MoNi2SiV

摘要 研究了一种新型热作模具钢5Cr8Mo Ni2Si V的热力学相变规律和CCT曲线,为改善该钢铸态组织的严重偏析和提高材料切削性能,分析普通常规退火、正火+球化退火和正火+等温球化退火3种预处理工艺对该钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:试验钢经1090℃×1 h正火+880℃×2 h+680℃×48 h等温球化预处理,能显著改善碳化物偏析,并使硬度大大降低,改善切削性能。 The thermodynamic equilibrium phase diagram and CCT curves of the new type hot-work die steel 5Cr8 Mo Ni2Si V were studied to improve the serious segregation of the steel's as-cast microstructure and improve its cutting performance. By use of the pretreatment processes,including conventinal annealing,normalizing + spheroidizing annealing and normalizing + isothermal spheroidizing annealing the mcirostructure and performance were analyzed. The results show that after 1090 ℃ normalizing for 1 h + 880 ℃ heating for 2 h following furnace cooling to 680 ℃ and holding for 48 h,the segregation of the steel is improved significantly and the hardness is greatly reduced so that the cutting performance can be improved.
