摘要
采用阴极电泳沉积技术在烧结钕铁硼磁体表面制备了碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪、电化学工作站、稀硫酸浸泡试验、盐雾试验、PCT试验、拉伸试验、划线格试验和铅笔硬度计分析了涂层的表面形貌、耐腐蚀性能和力学性能。结果表明,复合涂层表面光滑平整,无宏观缺陷,碳纳米管均匀弥散地镶嵌在环氧树脂涂层中;碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合涂层能有效提高烧结钕铁硼永磁材料的耐腐蚀性能;而且,碳纳米管有效地提高了涂层的力学性能。
Carbon nano-tube / epoxy resin composite coatings were prepared by cathodic electrophoretic deposition. The microstructure,corrosion resistance and mechanical behavior of the composite coatings were studied by SEM,Raman spectrometer,electrochemistry workstation,static state immersing test,salt-fog test,PCT test,tensile test,scribe test,and pencil tester. The results show that the composite coating exhibits a smooth surface with no macroscopic defects,and the carbon nano-tubes are uniformly dispersed and embedded in the epoxy resin matrix. The corrosion resistance of Nd Fe B permanent magnets is effectively improved by the composite coating. Furthermore,the mechanical behavior of the coating effectively increases due to the addition of carbon nano-tubes.
