My own opinion and viewpoint on rapid rise breakdown test requirement of stator bars in large hydro-generator technique contracts in this paper. It＇s considered that there are some disagreements with general is proposed standard in some technique contracts. Some of the supports have been found and shared with reader in order to guarantee the product quality and unify the correct product quality identifying criterion and method.
