摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定不同产地(甘肃、青海、四川)7种马先蒿属(Pedicularis L.)植物中毛蕊花苷的含有量。方法马先蒿属植物75%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-0.27%冰醋酸水溶液(35∶65);检测波长330 nm;体积流量1 m L/min。结果 13个样本中毛蕊花苷含有量的差异较大。其中,甘肃省武威市天堂乡采集到的甘肃马先蒿(茎、根)、中国马先蒿、藓生马先蒿、俯垂马先蒿中毛蕊花苷的含有量分别为3.62%、0.27%、6.49%、2.17%、3.47%,天祝县采集到的中国马先蒿、藓生马先蒿中分别为1.81%、2.26%;青海省采集到的甘肃马先蒿、藓生马先蒿、白花甘肃马先蒿中分别为3.28%、2.01%、2.45%;四川省诺尔盖草原采集到的轮叶马先蒿、碎米蕨叶马先蒿、藓生马先蒿中分别为0.46%、1.22%、1.37%,RSD值均小于2%。结论毛蕊花苷广泛存在于马先蒿属植物中,其中甘肃马先蒿地上部分中毛蕊花苷的含有量高于地下部分。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for determining verbascoside in seven kinds of plants of Pedicularis L. from different growing areas( Gansu,Qinghai and Sichuan). METHODS The analyses of plants of Pedicularis L. 75% methanolic extracts were performed on Waters C18column( 4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was Me OH-0. 27% glacial acetic acid( 35 ∶ 65),detection wavelength was set at 330 nm,flow rate was1 m L / min. RESULTS There were obvious differences in verbascoside content in thirteen samples. Among them,those in P. kansuensis( stems and roots),P. chinensis,P. muscicola and P. cernua in Tiantang( Wuwei,Gansu) were 3. 62%,0. 27%,6. 49%,2. 17% and 3. 47%,those in P. chinensis and P. muscicola in Tianzhu were1. 81% and 2. 26%,those in P. kansuensis,P. muscicola and P. kansuensis Maxim subsp. kansuensis f. albiflora Li( Qinghai) were 3. 28%,2. 01% and 2. 45%,and those in P. verticillata,P. cheilanthifolia and P. muscicola in Nouergai prairie( Sichuan) were 0. 46%,1. 22% and 1. 37%,respectively. All the RSDs were less than 2%.CONCLUSION Verbascoside is widely distributed in plants of genus Pedicularis,whose content in the aboveground part is higher than that in the under-ground part of P. Kansuensis.
