5·12地震灾后公共体育设施重建与利用研究——基于地震灾区38个公共体育设施的调查分析

Analysis on the Rebuild and Use of Public Stadium Facilities after the 5.12 Earthquake——Based on the Survey of 38 Public Stadiums after the Earthquake

公共体育设施建设是5·12汶川特大地震灾后重建的重要内容,也是防灾减灾体系建设的重要组成部分。本文基于对灾区38个公共体育设施重建情况的访谈和问卷调查,分析了灾区公共体育设施重建与利用情况,包括公共体育设施重建数量、类型、功能评价、重建资金来源、援建部门、开发利用范围、利用形式、效益等,总结其中的经验教训,提出了灾后重建公共体育设施重建与利用的对策建议。

The construction of stadium facilities is the important part of the reconstruction project after the 5. 12 earthquake, and it is also an indispensable element in the system of preventing and lessening the disasters. Based on the surveys and questionnaires of the reconstruction of 38 stadiums, the article analyzes the rebuilding and use of stadium facilities after the earthquake, including the number of the rebuilt stadiums, the type, the evaluation of function, the source of reconstruction fund, the assisting department, the range of utilization and the its type as well as the efficiency, summarizes the lessons and experience, and puts forward the measures and suggestions of the rebuilding and use of stadium facilities after the earthquake.
