摘要 外生菌根真菌在维护生态平衡和保护生物多样性方面起着至关重要的作用,是维持森林生态系统平衡的重要组成部分,在生态系统的物质和能量循环中起关键作用。近年来随着外生菌根研究的不断深入,在外生菌根真菌的生物学特性和应用研究方面取得了较大的成果。对国内外外生菌根真菌的分类鉴定、多样性分布机制、应用、形成与持续性、驯化栽培方面的阶段性研究成果和进展进行了简要综述,旨在为外生菌根真菌的研究提供参考。 Ectomycorrhizal fungi play an essential role in maintaining the ecological balance, the conservation of biologicai diversity and the cycling of matter and energy in the ecosystem, and it's an important component of forest ecosystem. In recent years, the studies on the biological characteristics and application of ectomycorrhizal fungi have made great achievements. In this paper, The phased research results, which were the taxonomic identification of ectomycorrhizal fungi, the mechanism of diversity distribution and application, and the progress of formation and sustainability, domestication and cultivation of the fungi in China and abroad are reviewed briefly. It provides reference for the research in ectomycorrhizal fungi field.
