摘要
为有效利用农业废弃资源,使用苹果渣进行袋料栽培黑木耳(Auricularia auricula-judae)试验。根据栽培料中苹果渣比例(20%、35%、50%、65%、78%)的不同设置5个处理,以无苹果渣为对照。结果显示,栽培料中添加苹果渣替代木屑栽培黑木耳是可行的。当苹果渣含量为35%时,菌丝生长速度、产量及绝对生物学效率最高,污染率较低,耳片黑厚,无"流耳"现象,商品价值高;其黑木耳子实体的主要营养成分与对照相比,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、总糖的含量有所升高,灰分、钙、磷、铁的含量有所下降。
An experiment on Auricularia auricula-judae cuhivation in bag with apple pomace was studied for the effective utilization of agricultural waste resources. Five different treatments were done on the basis of different apple pomace proportion (20%, 35%, 50%, 65%, 78%) and the control (CK) had no apple pomace. The results showed that the addition of apple pomace substitute for wood pieces in cultivation material was feasible for A. auricula-judae cultivation. When apple pomace proportion in the cultivation material was 35%, the mycelium of A. auricula-judae had the fastest growth speed, the highest yield and biological transfer rate, the contamination rate was lower, and the fruit body was black and thick without spoiled fruit body. The main nutritional components of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, total sugar in fruit body were higher compared with treatment CK, and the content of ash, calcium, phosphorus, Fe were lower than CK.
