摘要
建立了一种采用子实体喷药、培养料拌药,在不同时期采集样品、提取和净化的方法,以分析吡虫啉在榆黄蘑、平菇及其培养料中的残留量。结果表明,在榆黄蘑和平菇及其培养料中的吡虫啉,其降解过程均符合一级动力学方程,在平菇、榆黄蘑和其培养料中,吡虫啉半衰期分别为3.8 d、3.1 d和14.0 d。在收获时期,平菇、榆黄蘑及其培养料中的吡虫啉残留量近似于美国规定的吡虫啉在野生蘑菇农药残留限量(maximum residue limit,MRL)0.02 mg·kg^(-1)。表明试验建立的方法准确可靠,为在平菇和榆黄蘑上制定MRL值提供了科学依据。
This paper has made a method which spraying imidacloprid on fruiting bodies, and mixing substrates with the pesticide to analyze the residues of imidacloprid in Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus citrinopileatus. The results showed that imidacloprid of the degradation process in P. ostreatus, P. citrinopileatus and their substrates were in line with a kinetic equation, half-period of imidacloprid in two kind of edible fungi and substrates were 3.1 d-3.8 d, and 14.0 d respectively. The imidacloprid residues at harvest period of P. ostreatus, P. citrinopileatus and substrates were likely equal to the MRL which the US ruled in fungi is 0.02 mg· kg^-1. The method was accurate and reliable, providing a scientific basis for our country in the MRL established on edible fungi.
