摘要
柜类家具稳定性能的理论和实证研究对于提高家具产品的安全性能具有十分重要的现实意义。为进一步提高抽屉柜产品的结构安全,通过建立相应的动力学仿真模型,参照美国材料与试验协会标准ASTM F2057-09b,并使用ADAMS软件的虚拟仿真功能得出了在倾翻过程中抽屉前面板质心高度的时变曲线,以及在抽屉不同拉出长度下抽屉柜发生倾翻所需的加载力;并在实验室环境下进行了相应的物理试验,同时将仿真试验结果与实测数据进行了比较分析。结果表明:所提出的抽屉柜动力学仿真模型以及相应的虚拟仿真试验过程是正确有效的,具有一定的实践指导意义。
The theoretical and empirical study of the stability characteristics of drawer cabinet has great realistic signifi-cance in improving the safety performance of furniture products. To investigate the load stability of drawer cabinet andimprove its structural safety, a dynamical model of drawer cabinet was established in this work according to ASTM F2057-09b. The time-varying curves for the center-of-mass of cabinet drawer's front panel and real-time simulated animationwere obtained through the computer-aided testing conducted by using ADAMS, as well as the minimum force needed toturn it over with different length of drawer which has been drawn out. To further verify the results from simulations andimprove the models accordingly, three groups of experiments with similar settings were also performed in the laboratory,and the results between the physical and simulated testing were compared in detail. The maximum and minimum differ-ences of critical forces between computer simulations and physical experiments were 5.7% and 3.7%, respectively, andthe average difference was 4. 8%. It showed that the proposed dynamical model and the experiment processes were provedto be correct and effective, and they would contribute to the practices in the future.
