Study on GFRP Rods with Different Resin Matrices

摘要 以环氧树脂(EP)、酚醛树脂(PF)、聚氨酯树脂(PU)和不饱和聚酯树脂(UP)用作树脂基体,通过拉挤成型制备了系列的玻璃纤维增强热固性塑料(GFRP)棒,并测试了其弯曲和剪切性能以及玻纤含量,比较了这4类GFRP棒的性能差异。结果表明PU棒的表观性能最好;EP棒的力学性能较好,PU棒和UP棒次之,PF棒较差。 With epoxy resin(EP),phenolic resin(PF),polyurethane resin(PU)and unsaturated polyester resin(UP)as resin matrices,a series of glass fiber reinforced thermosetting plastics(GFRP)rods were prepared by pultrusion.The bending and shear properties and glass fiber content were tested,and the performance differences of the four kinds of GFRP rods were compared.The results showed that the appearance of PU rods was the best,the mechanical properties of EP rods were the best,followed by PU rods and UP rods,and PF rods were worse.
